About the Strengthening & Calming Herbal Blend

This blend of rose, chamomile, and mullein gives a calming and relaxing effect while strengthening you both mentally and physically. You can make this herbal blend into tea, add it to a bath, burn it as incense, or even smoke or vaporize it. It's great for winding down after work or a stressful day. Below are quick facts about each ingredient in this blend. 

  • Terpenes: myrcene 

  • Nutrients: calcium, manesium, Vitamin A + C + K Potassium

  • Properties: antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, astringent, menstrual regulator
  • Supports: digestion
  • Has been used for*: headache, inflamed eyes or skin, cough, diarrhea, depression, grief, stress, sore throat, vaginal itching, heavy menstruation, insomnia, reducing cholesterol 
  • Safety: Use caution if you have a bleeding condition, diabetes, G6pDD deficiency, kidney stones, iron-related disorders, sickle cell disease, or are about to undergo surgery. Consult with your doctor about using rose during pregnancy.
  • Terpenes: linalool
  • Nutrients: calcium, magnesium, potassium, Vitamin A
  • Properties: anti-anxiety, antibacterial, antifungal, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antispasmodic
  • Supports: stable blood sugar, digestion
  • Has been used for*: cuts, inflammation, skin disorders, tension, allergies, IBS, peptic ulcers, ADD, anxiety, stress, endometrial cancer, insomnia, PMS
  • Safety: Do not use if you are allergic to ragweed or the Compositae family. Use caution when using blood-thinners or drugs that can cause drowsiness.

How to add cannabinoids to your Herbal Blend

  • Substitute some or all of this blend's base herb, mullein, with a hemp or marijuana flower. We are currently searching for a CBD flower to certify and add to our shop, please reach out if you recommend someone!
  • If you plan to use this herbal blend as a tea or bath soak, remember to add milk or another fatty substance. Cannabinoids are lipid soluble, meaning cannabis flower must be combined with a fat in order to be properly infused and then delivered to the body.

Ways to Use your Herbal Blend

  • Sip: Pour 1 c. boiling water over tea bag, allow to steep 4 minutes, stir in 1 tsp. honey & enjoy
  • Soak: Mix with 1 c. powdered milk, 1/4 c. epsom salts, 1/8 c. baking soda, 2 tsp. coconut oil, 1 tsp. honey and add to hot bath — or just throw the bag in on its own! 
  • Sniff: Tie to a car or home air vent, put in your pillowcase or drawers, burn as incense
  • Smoke/Vaporize: When smoking, use a hemp wick + filtered water pipe or bubbler to reduce harmful toxins. Learn more here 


  • 2 tbsp mullein

  • 1 tbsp rose

  • 1/2 tbsp chamomile


  1. Mix ingredients together
  2. Add to pipe, rolling papers, or dry herb vaporizer to inhale

Vaporizing Temperatures

The thing about vaporizing is that every herb combusts at a different temperature, so it can be tricky to figure out what temperature to vaporize your blend at. Below is a list the combustion temperature of each herb so that you can experiment with vaporization temperatures and find what feels best for you.
