Your ECS is a system of receptors throughout your body that communicates when you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
By the way, how are you feeling today?
I’m feeling a bit...
• tired and stressed
• in pain
• just fine, thanks!
There are lots of ways to take care of your ECS.
And when you do, it helps your body...
• manage stress
• relieve inflammation
• find balance
Hempsley is here to share knowledge and tools for keeping your ECS happy and healthy.
The first answer: Cannabis.
Or CBD, which is one compound derived from cannabis that won't get you high (some people want that you know).
Turns out, the cannabis plant is packed with compounds that support your ECS when used mindfully.
The second answer? Self-care.
Think meditation, yoga, nourishing foods, and deep sleep — really anything that keeps you happy and healthy.
Hempsley is here for that too. We share the science and guidance to help you find the best self-care tools for you.
Wait, I have some questions...
Why have I never heard of the ECS before?
Although the endocannabinoid system (ECS) has been around for millions of years, it was only recently discovered in 1992 as scientists were studying cannabis.
Though we have cannabis research to thank for the discovery of the ECS, the ECS has always been and will always be a part of us — whether we choose to use cannabis or not.
Understanding the endocannabinoid system can help you better understand how your body handles stress over time. Knowing this empowers you to create a self-care system that works for you.
Why should I trust Hempsley?
We believe you deserve to have the tools you need to make informed healthcare decisions. We built this business with the wellbeing of our families in mind. Our motto is Only the best for our family, only the best for yours.
We spend time researching and simplifying self-care science into accessible, free education for you. Then we certify and curate what we find to be the most trustworthy and effective CBD products on the market.
What's it mean for CBD to be "certified" by Hempsley?
With no FDA regulation on CBD, it can be hard to know which products and brands are worthy of our trust.
Our research into quality standards for medical marijuana uncovered that there is a wide range of approval levels for things like pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, and more from state to state. This really surprised us, so in 2019 we did hours of research and aggregated all of the lowest acceptable limits across all legal markets to create our own set of standards.
In order for a company to receive the Hempsley® Certified Seal, we require a full panel of lab reports that meet our rigorous limit requirements for cannabinoids, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, mycotoxins, and microbials.
At the end of the day, we hope that our certification can support transparency for both buyers and sellers. We believe that being aware of what exactly is in your product and how it was made is important for creating a self-care system that works for you.
This info is amazing! How can I support Hempsley in sharing it?
