Shipping Policy

Please know: To keep costs low for you, we ship using USPS. USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is out of our control.

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

We offer free local delivery in Columbia, Missouri within 1 full business day from the time of your purchase. Simply choose “Local Delivery” in shipping options. We will contact you by email to confirm when we will deliver your order.

International Shipping

Because of the varying laws around CBD across the world, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the United States and would like to try our products, please email us at hello@hempsley.com and we will let you know if this is possible.

If the laws in your area allow for shipping CBD, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hempsley is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hempsley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hempsley! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from Hempsley.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
