So how should I vote?
We recommend reviewing each initiative carefully and deciding what you feel will be best for our medical patients. You can vote YES on all three of the initiatives. If all three pass, certain components of each initiative will be integrated into a single amendment.
An amendment takes precedent over a statute, so more components from amendments are likely to be integrated. This is just something to keep in mind if you do not agree with a component of any of the initiatives. The ultimate goal is to push for some form of medical legalization in the state of Missouri, and a system that can safely get its' patients their medicine.
