Green House Healthy’s Hempsgiving

To celebrate the holiday season, Green House Healthy hosted Colorado’s very first “Hempsgiving” in Westminster.

The event featured a multiple course vegan and CBD infused dinner to show off the versatility hemp foods and quality of the local fresh produce. The chef behind this incredible feast was Sonja Miltner.

The meal consisted of the traditional dishes that could be found on any Thanksgiving table, such as appetizers, plenty of sides, and a large format protein as the main event. In place of the standard roast turkey, chef Miltner prepared a Seitan roast stuffed with mushrooms, leeks and Hemp Way Foods’ vegan burger crumbles. Of course there had to be sweets for dessert, so chef Miltner made some delicious cupcakes (pictured above).

Chef Sonja Miltner wanted to ensure that it was a meal that both vegans and non-vegans could enjoy, while also highlighting the versatility of hemp products and CBD.
