MoCannaBizCon + Expo
Hempsley had the opportunity to have a booth at Missouri’s very first medical marijuana business conference and expo in St. Louis!
The two day event was hosted by Midwest Canna Expos at the beautiful St. Louis Union Station Hall, and it brought in companies and industry experts from legal markets across the country. For attendees, there were different tracks to follow such as licensing, dispensaries, and cultivation with speakers giving classes on topics pertaining to each track. Hempsley was able to send two team members, CEO Kristen Williams and E-commerce Operations Manager Vinnie DeBono, to attend the expo.
Hempsley’s booth featured all of our collaborative educational prints, samples of our curated products, and even an interactive terpene testing activity. The centerpiece of a lot of conversations was the LEVO II oil infusion machine. Many people had never seen or heard of the machine before, and we at Hempsley were more than happy to tell them all about it! We had many people come up and compliment the aesthetic of our booth, with some even saying that we had the best looking one at the Expo. In addition, a brief shot of Hempsley’s booth was caught by Cape Girardeau’s local news station KFVS12, and a link to the video and article can be found here.
We had a fantastic time meeting with different companies talking about Hempsley’s mission to educate consumers on the endocannabinoid system and how to take care of it. There was such an appreciation for the educational aspect of the industry that we had multiple companies want to partner and collaborate with Hempsley to create educational materials for their audiences.
We would like to thank Midwest Canna Expos for hosting such an incredible event and for having us at it! We at Hempsley look forward to what the future of the medical cannabis industry in Missouri holds. If the amount of enthusiasm and support displayed at the MoCannaBizCon + Expo is any indication of the industry’s future success in Missouri, then it is clear that the Show-Me state is moving in the right direction.
